If merchandise was given in exchange for a donation, and you have changed your mind about contributing to Wave of Hearts, inc , or unsatisfied with the merchandise received we will honor your request for a refund made within 14 days of your donation. To request a refund, please email info@waveofheartsinc.org. A receipt will be required for all returns paid online. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. Cash donations will not be refunded. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to the same credit card within 30 days of the request. We will automatically deduct any service charges and shipping fee’s incurred for any items shipped, you may be also requested to return the item in its original condition.
US orders are shipped , Flat Rate ship, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
